Polar OH1 - Heart rate monitor for all types of training on land and in water. Polar OH1 records all activities, regardless of sport or type of training on land and in water. It gives you full freedom of movement and fits well around the arm. During training, you can follow your heart rate via a connected device or transfer training data to your phone afterwards. It is a good alternative to heart rate measurement with a belt or measurement from the wrist.
