Four-Way Tug-of-War Rope for 4 Teams

Tug of war in a new way. Four players or teams pull in different directions and try to pull their opponents over to their side. The teams can either cooperate or compete against each other.

Can be used both indoors and outdoors. Only use the centre ring for cooperation exercises where the teams work together to guide the ring over, for example, a fixed point. Attach the ropes to a lighter and larger ring, such as a hula hoop.
