Freya is a new kind of elite 600 g javelin—created for female throwers who have been looking for a smoother release without sacrificing performance in the air.

At the heart of Freya is Nordic Sport’s unique hybrid construction. Aluminium and our specially developed carbon fibre are distributed evenly throughout the entire javelin body, bringing together the most valuable characteristics of both materials.

Through the approach and release, Freya feels smooth, responsive and forgiving—much like an elite aluminium javelin. It works naturally with the thrower and provides the confidence to accelerate fully through the release, without the demanding sensation normally associated with an extremely stiff javelin.

But once Freya leaves the hand, it flies with the aerodynamic character of a Valhalla Hard. It quickly settles into a stable position and delivers the lift, control and long gliding flight expected from an elite carbon javelin.
