The Gala BV5555S JUMP is a training volleyball designed to practise approach technique, spiking and correct arm extension. The ball is based on a standard Gala volleyball and is equipped with two cords, allowing it to be suspended and adjusted to a suitable height for the players.
The ball can, for example, be attached to wall bars while a coach, teacher or another person adjusts the height from the opposite side. This makes it well suited for technique training in schools, sports clubs and volleyball practice.
