Fatball is a different, exciting and fun activity game where you use only your torso, hips and shoulders to move these large balls and score goals. The game promotes motor skills, fitness, strength and body awareness in a new and innovative way.

Fatball – everyone can take part. No special prior skills are needed to participate. Everyone plays on equal terms. The game quickly tires out the players on the court, so it may be suitable to have several substitutes.
