The Team balance band is a team-building activity where participants work together to create the correct tension and stability in the band. One side is attached, for example, to wall bars, while the other participants hold the loops and help tension the band so that one person can balance on the line.
The activity develops balance, teamwork, communication and trust and is well suited for schools, PE lessons, group exercises and team building.
