Construction for hanging climbing ropes with a sliding rail. Made of steel, protected against corrosion by powder coating. As standard, the rail is attached to a steel beam 80x80x3 mm.
The construction is delivered with:
• Custom-made brackets, adapted to the ceiling structure
• Set of trolleys with
• Chains connecting the guide trolley with the middle trolleys
• Polypropylene rope to release the safety lock
• Block for winding the PP rope

Usage:
Putting the climbing rope into use position:
• Loosen the rope holder on the wall.
• Quickly pull the outer climbing rope along the running beam to the snap point.
• Pull strongly in front of the snap point so that the latch audibly snaps into place.
• The remaining climbing ropes are automatically pulled out of the distance chain between the running carriages and fixed after the outer climbing rope has been snapped into place.
Putting the climbing rope into rest position:
• To retract the climbing ropes, pull the outer climbing rope and at the same time release the latch by pulling the cord.
• Pull the climbing ropes up to the wall and secure them with a rope holder.
• Check the attachment of the rolling beam
and the suspension structure, tighten the screws if necessary.
• Check the carriage and the locking device for the passage.
• Check that the climbing rope is not broken, check especially carefully at
wear points.
• Check the hanging loop and the suspension device for the climbing rope.
Tip:
• Even in the event of minor breaks or
wear points on the climbing ropes,
they must be replaced immediately. Knots at the ends of the climbing ropes are not permitted
