Training equipment designed to improve spiking and serving technique in volleyball. The ball can be quickly secured in the holder and raised to the desired height, up to approximately 320 cm, allowing the exercise to be adapted to the player's height and training needs.

Soft rubber grips hold the ball securely in place while also helping to protect both the ball and the player's hand in the event of an imprecise hit.

The structure is manufactured from 22 mm aluminium tubing and powder-coated in silver grey, RAL 9006.
